The new Yaskawa sales offices provide customers, primarily in the drive and control technology fields, with both sales support for administration or field sales issues and technical support at the point of sale. The convenient locations shorten routes and allow training and information events to be held on site. Thanks to the two new offices, customers in the respective regions benefit from optimal support and thus even more flexibility and speed. The employees in Herrenberg look after the southwestern part of Germany as well as Switzerland. Another team in Marl is responsible for the west and north of Germany.
"Through the two new sales offices, we want to become more visible as a technology group in the DACH region together with our divisional locations in Eschborn and Herzogenaurach, improve our presence as a company in these economically strong regions and strengthen the Yaskawa brand," explains Udo Richter, Sales Manager for Drives, Motion & Controls for the DACH region at Yaskawa Europe GmbH. "By having a greater presence, we would also like to intensify discussions with our customers about how Yaskawa can provide specific solutions, products and services."
